There's still time to join inaugural Pedal the Plains

The inaugural Pedal the Plains bicycle ride across eastern Colorado is set for Sept. 21-23 and registration remains open.
Cyclists can sign up for the three-day tour (riding about 30, 60 and 80 miles on consecutive days) or the 120-mile Gran Fondo on Sept. 22 or the 7-mile Family Fun Ride on Sept. 22.
Day 1 takes riders from Yuma to Wray.
Day 2 takes riders from Wray to Burlington.
Day 3 takes riders from Burlington to Yuma.
There are celebrations and festivities each day, and riders are free to race from city to city or ride at a casual pace enjoying the sights and sounds of the plains.
