A 35-year-old Congress Park man faces a felony arson charge after he allegedly set fire to his estranged wife's wedding dress, their wedding pictures and her skis, according to the Denver District Attorney's Office.

Scott Kramer lit the blaze in a trash can near his home, where they were found after he left messages threatening his wife, prosecutors said.

Kramer is free on $50,000 bond.

Court records show Kramer's divorce is pending, with a July 20 review, according to The Denver Post.

A restraining order was issued in another divorce case involving Kramer in 2001 in Jefferson County, records show.
