Wolf Creek reopens for the weekend

Wolf Creek Ski Area, which received 1 inch of snow overnight, is reopening Saturday and Sunday with Treasure, Bonanza and Nova lifts operating from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Meteorologists are forecasting 8 to 16 inches of snow over the weekend.

Lift tickets will be $33, $19 for seniors and children.

Season passes will be accepted, including weekday only passes.

The ski and board rental departments will be open along with Treasure Sports.  The Wolf Creek Lodge will be open, serving a limited menu.  The ski school will offer lessons.
