Monarch Mountain to offer broader season pass
Southern Colorado ski area Monarch Mountain will offer season pass-holders one free day of skiing at Copper Mountain, Winter Park and Steamboat during the 2013-14 season.
This week’s announcement brings to 11 the number of partnering Colorado areas, also including Crested Butte, Loveland, Sunlight, Ski Cooper, Devils Thumb, Durango, Granby Ranch and Silverton. This year’s adult pass price was $359 in early season and $459 in early November.
Vail Resorts announced its Epic Pass, good for Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and three California mountains, will include Eldora next season. It’s on sale at $689 for adults. Another new pass being offered next season is a Keystone and A-Basin unlimited pass for $279. The Rocky Mountain Super Pass, on sale for $419, includes three days at Monarch, plus unlimited use at Copper Mountain and Winter Park and six days at Steamboat.
